Previously designated RPH68.2A. Derived from androgenetic haploid embryos of the grass or leopard frog, (Rana pipiens). The cells retain their haploid chromosome complement for over 200 generations. Used in genetic studies.

Quality Control
ICR-2A Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
