Description
Human Vertebral Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HVMSC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human vertebral body. HVMSC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HVMSC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD73, CD90, CD105 and lipid staining after differentiation. HVMSC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Mesenchymal Stem Cell Medium (MSCM, Cat. #7501) for culturing HVMSC in vitro.
Quality Control
Human Vertebral Mesenchymal Stem Cells are negative for HIV-11, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Shippment
The frozen stem cells will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
