Description
Human Uterine Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human uterus. HUF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HUF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HUF are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HUF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HUF in vitro.

Shippment
Human Uterine Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
