Description
Human Trabecular Meshwork Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from the juxtacanalicular and corneoscleral regions of human eye. HTMC are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. HTMC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to α-smooth muscle actin and fibronectin. HTMC are negative for HIV- 1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HTMC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions specified by Glow Biologics.
