Human Thymic Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from the human fetal atrium. HTyF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HTyF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HTyF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HTyF in vitro.

Shippment
Human Thymic Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
