Description
Human Small Airway Epithelial Cells (HPSAEpiC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human lung tissue. HPSAEpiC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HPSAEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CK-18, -19, and vimentin. HPSAEpiC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.

It is recommended to use Small Airway Epithelial Cell Medium for culturing HPSAEpiC in vitro.

Human Small Airway Epithelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
