Description
Human Sertoli Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human testis. HSerC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HSerC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to GATA-4 and Sox-9. HSerC are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HSerC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
