Description
Human Sertoli Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human testis. HSerC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HSerC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to GATA-4 and Sox-9. HSerC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Sertoli Cell Medium for the culturing of HSerC in vitro.
Quality Control
Human Sertoli Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Sertoli Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
