Human Seminal Vesicle Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human seminal vesicle tissue. HSVF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HSVF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HSVF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for the culturing of HSVF in vitro.
