Description
Human Renal Glomerular Endothelial Cells (HRGEC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human kidneys. HRGEC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HRGEC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD31 (PECAM) and vWF/Factor VIII. HRGEC are guaranteed to expand beyond 10 population doublings under the conditions specified by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Endothelial Cell Medium for the culturing of HRGEC in vitro.

Human Renal Glomerular Endothelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
