Description
Human Renal Epithelial Cells (HREpiC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human kidneys. HREpiC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HREpiC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to cytokeratin-18, -19 and vimentin. HREpiC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Epithelial Cell Medium for the culturing of HREpiC in vitro.
Quality Control
Human Renal Epithelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
