Human Renal Cortical Epithelial Cells (HRCEpiC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human kidneys. Human Renal Cortical Epithelial Cells are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HRCEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to cytokeratin-18, -19 and vimentin. Human Renal Cortical Epithelial Cells are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.

It is recommended to use Epithelial Cell Medium for the culturing of HRCEpiC in vitro.

Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
