Human Rectal Smooth Muscle Cells from from the human rectum. HRecSMC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HRecSMC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to alpha-smooth muscle actin. HRecSMC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Smooth Muscle Cell Medium for culturing HRecSMC in vitro.
