Human Rectal Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human rectum. HRecF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HRecF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HRecF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HRecF in vitro.

Human Rectal Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Rectal Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
