Human Pulmonary Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human lung tissue. HPF are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. HPF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HPF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HPF in vitro.

Human Pulmonary Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Pulmonary Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
