Description
Human Pulmonary Fibroblasts Cells-adult from Glow Biologics are isolated from adult human lung tissue. HPF-a are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. HPF-a are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HPF-a are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for the culturing of HPF-a in vitro.

Human Pulmonary Fibroblasts Cells-adult are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Pulmonary Fibroblasts Cells-adult are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
