Human Pulmonary Artery Adventitial Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human pulmonary artery. HPAAF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HPAAF are characterized by spindle morphology and by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HPAAF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HPAAF in vitro.

Human Pulmonary Artery Adventitial Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
