Description
Human Primary Dermal Epidermal Keratinocytes from Glow Biologics are isolated from normal human skin tissue. Human Primary Dermal Epidermal Keratinocytes are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Glow Biologics. Human Primary Dermal Epithelial Cells can be used for the assay of cell-cell interaction, adhesion, WB, PCR, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, IP, or generating cell derivatives.

Human Primary Dermal Epithelial Cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Shippment
Frozen cells are shipped on dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
