Description
Human Periodontal Ligament Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human periodontal tissue. HPLF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HPLF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin. HPLF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for the culturing of HPLF in vitro.

Human Periodontal Ligament Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Periodontal Ligament Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
