Description
Human Ovarian Surface Epithelial Cells (HOSEpiC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human ovary. HOSEpiC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HOSEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to cytokeratine-14, -18, and -19. HOSEpiC are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.

It is recommended to use Ovarian Epithelial Cell Medium for culturing HOSEpiC in vitro.

Human Ovarian Surface Epithelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
