Human Nucleus Pulposus Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from the nucleus pulposus of human intervertebral disc. HNPC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HNPC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin and vimentin. HNPC are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HNPC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
