Description
Human Non-Pigmented Ciliary Epithelial Cells (HNPCEpiC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human ciliary body. HNPCEpiC are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. HNPCEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to cytokeratin-18 and -19. HNPCEpiC are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Epithelial Cell Medium for culturing HNPCEpiC in vitro.
Quality Control
Human Non-Pigmented Ciliary Epithelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
