Description
Human Mammary Epithelial Cells (HMEpiC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human breast. HMEpiC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HMEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to cytokeratine-14, -18, and -19. HMEpiC are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Mammary Epithelial Cell Medium for culturing HMEpiC in vitro.

Human Mammary Epithelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
