Description
Human Keratocytes from Glow Biologics are isolated from human cornea. HK are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. HK are characterized by fibroblast morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HK are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HK are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
