Human Hepatocytes cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human liver. Human Hepatocytes are cryopreserved immediately after purification and delivered frozen. Human Hepatocytes are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to albumin, cytokeratin-18 and vimentin.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Hepatocyte Medium for the culturing of Human Hepatocytes Cells in vitro.
Quality Control
Human Hepatocytes Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Shippment
Human Hepatocytes Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
