Description
Human Hair Follicular Keratinocytes (HHFK) from Glow Biologics are isolated from the human scalp. HHFK are cryopreserved at P1 and delivered frozen. HHFK are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to cytokeratin. HHFK are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Keratinocyte Medium for culturing HHFK in vitro.
Quality Control
Human Hair Follicular Keratinocytes are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
