Human Gingival Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human gingiva. HGnF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HGnF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin. HGnF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for the culturing of HGnF in vitro.

Human Gingival Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Gingival Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
