Human Epidermal Melanocytes-light from Glow Biologics is isolated from neonatal human skin. HEM-l are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HEM-l are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin and NGF-receptor (p75). HEM-l are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HEM-l are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
