Description
Human Epidermal Melanocytes-dark from Glow Biologics is isolated from neonatal human skin. HEM-d are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HEM-d are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin and NGF-receptor (p75). HEM-d are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HEM-d are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
