Description
Human Epidermal Keratinocytes-fetal from Glow Biologics are isolated from fetal human skin. HEK-f are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. HEK-f are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to cytokeratine-18 and -19. HEK-f are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HEK-f are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
