Human Dural Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human dura mater. HDuF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HDuF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HDuF are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HDuF in vitro.

Human Dural Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Dural Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
