Description
Human Dermal Lymphatic Endothelial Cells (HDLEC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human skin. HDLEC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HDLEC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to vWF/Factor VIII, podoplanin and Lyve1. HDLEC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Endothelial Cell Medium for culturing HDLEC in vitro.

Human Dermal Lymphatic Endothelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
