Description
Human Dermal Fibroblasts Cells-neonatal from Glow Biologics are isolated from neonatal human skin. HDF-n are cryopreserved at P1 and delivered frozen. HDF-n are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HDF-n are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HDF-n in vitro.

Storage
