Human Dermal Fibroblasts Cells-fetal from Glow Biologics are isolated from fetal human skin. HDF-f are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. HDF-f are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HDF-f are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HDF-f in vitro.

Human Dermal Fibroblasts Cells-fetal are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Dermal Fibroblasts Cells-fetal are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
