Description
Human Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells (HCAEC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human coronary artery. HCAEC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HCAEC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD31 (PECAM) and vWF/Factor VIII. HCAEC are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Endothelial Cell Medium for culturing HCAEC in vitro.

Human Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
