Human Conjunctival Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human conjunctiva. HConF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HConF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HConF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HConF in vitro.

Human Conjunctival Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Conjunctival Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
