Description
HCoEpiC from Glow Biologics are isolated from human colonic tissue. HCoEpiC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HCoEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CK18 and CK19. HCoEpiC are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HCoEpiC are guaranteed to further culture for10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Colonic Epithelial Cell Medium for culturing HCoEpiC in vitro.
Quality Control
Human Colonic Epithelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
