Human Colon Tumor-Associated Smooth Muscle Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human colon tumor tissue. Cells are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to a-smooth muscle actin.

Quality Control
All cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots.
Storage
Store the frozen cells in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
