Human Choroid Plexus Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human choroid plexus. HCPF are cryopreserved at P0 and delivered frozen. HCPF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HCPF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for culturing HCPF in vitro.

Storage
