Description
Human Chorionic Mesenchymal Stromal Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human chorionic membrane. HCMSC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HCMSC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD73, CD90, CD105 and lipid staining after differentiation. HCMSC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.

It is recommended to use Mesenchymal Stem Cell Medium for culturing HCMSC in vitro.
Quality Control
Human Chorionic Mesenchymal Stromal Cells are negative for HIV-5, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Shippment
The frozen stem cells will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
