Human Cardiac Fibroblasts Cells-adult from Glow Biologics are isolated from human adult heart. HCF-a are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HCF-a are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HCF-a are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium-2 for culturing HCF-a in vitro.

Human Cardiac Fibroblasts Cells-adult are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.

Storage
