Description
Human Bronchial Epithelial Cells (HBEpiC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human bronchi. HBEpiC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HBEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CK-18, -19, and vimentin. HBEpiC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.

It is recommended to use Bronchial Epithelial Cell Medium for culturing HBEpiC in vitro.

Human Bronchial Epithelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
