Description
Human Bladder Stromal Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human bladder tissue. HBdSF are cryopreserved at passage one and are delivered frozen. HBdSF are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to fibronectin. HBdSF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium for the culturing of HBdSF in vitro.
