Description
Human Astrocytes from Glow Biologics are isolated from human brain (cerebral cortex). HA are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HA are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to GFAP. HA are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HA are guaranteed to further expand for 10 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
