Description
Human Aortic Adventitial Fibroblasts Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from human aortic artery. HAAF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HAAF are characterized by spindle morphology and by immunofluorescence with antibody specific to fibronectin. HAAF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Fibroblast Medium-2 for culturing HAAF in vitro.

Human Aortic Adventitial Fibroblasts Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shippment
Human Aortic Adventitial Fibroblasts Cells are shipped using dry ice.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
