Description
Human Adrenal Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HAdMEC) from Glow Biologics are isolated from human adrenal tissue. HAdMEC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. HAdMEC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD31 (PECAM) and vWF/Factor VIII. HAdMEC are guaranteed to further culture for 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Glow Biologics.
Suggested Medium
It is recommended to use Endothelial Cell Medium for the culturing of HAdMEC in vitro.

Human Adrenal Microvascular Endothelial Cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
Storage
On receipt, immediately transfer the frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C)
