Suggested Medium
MCDB131 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 0.03g/L endothelial cell growth supplement (ECGS), 5ug/mL heparin, and 10mM L-glutamine.
Quality Control
HUEhT-2 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
