Subclone of parent HT-29 which was established from an adenocarcinoma from a 44 year old Caucasian female. Tumorigenic in nude mice and has ability to grow in agar.

Quality Control
HT29/219 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
HT29/219 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
