Description
Derived from a 58 year old caucasian female with a grade 3 transitional carcinoma of the bladder who had not received chemo or radiation therapy. The cells grow in soft agar and are tumorigenic in mice and hamsters. The patient donor had not received chemotherapy or radiation treatment.

Quality Control
HT 1376 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
