Eagle's minimal essential medium (SIGMA, M4655) with 10% fetal bovine serum.
Quality Control
HSGc-C5 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are rinsed twice with PBS(-), rinsed with 0.02% trypsin and kept at 37C for 3 minutes.
Shippment
HSGc-C5 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
